A leading Canada-based financial services organization with principal operations in Asia, Canada, and the United States provides clients strong, reliable, trustworthy, and forward-thinking solutions for their financial decisions.

Challenge

The client previously launched a revolutionary new service in Hong Kong to get their customers moving more. The service was well-received, however, the client was concerned that the drop-off rate for wearable devices would risk ongoing client engagement.

Solution

Through our global partnership with Apple, the client engaged Concentrix Catalyst to define an experience for Apple Watch that would tackle the issue of engagement through a more interactive experience. Concentrix Catalyst ran the Experience Definition process to define and iteratively test a prototype to meet this challenge. Following this the team commenced the development of the iOS native app over five agile development sprints.

Outcomes

The app for Apple Watch has now been launched in the Hong Kong market. This is getting people moving and offering local customers incentives such as reduced premiums and cash rebates for maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
