Concentrix has been recognized by Inspiring Workplaces on its Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces list in EMEA and North America, which recognizes the most forward-thinking and people-first organizations in the world. In addition, we were named a Top 5 in the Enterprise Business category in EMEA and special recognition for our DEI Initiatives.

To earn this amazing recognition, Concentrix demonstrated award-winning strategies including:
- DEI initiatives like our Be Seen, Be Heard, Be You campaign: This voluntary program allows staff to share personal aspects about themselves such as ethnicity, gender, disability status and type, sexual orientation, and their gender identity so we can be supportive and inclusive of diversity. Over 169K+ have self-identified since launch.
- Wellbeing Priorities: Nearly 47,000 of our staff have been trained on mental health awareness and we have nearly 1,700 Mental Wellness Partners who are here to serve our staff every day.
- Growing our leaders: Prism, a virtual diversity leadership program, is designed to equip senior-level, diverse staff with tools to enhance their skills and create lasting professional and personal change.
- Connect our staff through experiences: Through our Listening Circles, we ensure staff have a safe space to share thoughts and experiences on tough topics that may impact wellbeing.
This is the third year in a row Concentrix has been recognized by Inspiring Workplaces. These awards stand as a true testament to the strength of our commitment to promoting an inclusive, safe work environment where all of our people feel welcome and are encouraged to learn and grow.
